YT Engineering (Ying Tao Decoration Engineering) is a Singapore-registered interior design and renovation firm based in Jelapang. We are small by design — every project is personally overseen by Ying Tao, with our own carpentry workshop and site team. We take on fewer projects so each one gets the attention it deserves.

A 4-room HDB typically runs S$35,000–S$60,000 for a full reno, depending on carpentry volume and material grade. We provide an itemised quote after the free consultation.
HDB BTO: 8–10 weeks. Resale with hacking: 10–14 weeks. Condominium: 6–10 weeks subject to MCST approvals.
Yes. As a Registered Renovation Contractor, we submit and manage all HDB permits on your behalf.
Standard industry: 10% on contract, 40% on commencement, 45% progress, 5% on handover. Never pay large lump sums upfront.
Yes, included in every project above S$20,000. You see the space before we build it.
